The Performance Power Stack is a two-part training system built around what happens before and after your workout. Max Pre Blast is designed to support energy, focus, endurance, muscle pumps, and training intensity before you train. ARM Plus takes over afterward with a stimulant-free formula designed to support recovery, muscle repair, glycogen replenishment, and preparation for your next session. Instead of randomly combining supplements, the stack gives each product a specific job.
The stack includes Max Pre Blast and ARM Plus. Max Pre Blast is the pre-workout side of the system and includes more than 16 grams of fully dosed ingredients, including 6 grams of citrulline malate, 3.2 grams of CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, and 300 mg of caffeine. ARM Plus is the post-workout side and combines BCAAs, creatine, electrolytes, beta-alanine, and carbohydrates to support recovery after demanding training.
A pre-workout and a recovery product serve very different purposes. Max Pre Blast is intended to help you perform during the session. ARM Plus is designed around what your body needs after the work is finished, including amino acids, carbohydrates, electrolytes, creatine, and other recovery-supporting nutrients. If you consistently train hard but give little thought to what happens afterward, ARM Plus addresses a part of the process your pre-workout does not.
Max Pre Blast contains 300 mg of caffeine per serving, so it is a high-caffeine pre-workout and will not be appropriate for everyone. If you are sensitive to caffeine, already consume coffee, energy drinks, or other stimulants, or train late in the evening, your total daily caffeine intake matters. Do not automatically stack it with other stimulant products, and follow the product label carefully.
Max Pre Blast contains 3.2 grams of CarnoSyn® beta-alanine. Beta-alanine can cause a temporary tingling or prickling sensation known as paresthesia in some people. This sensation is generally associated with beta-alanine intake and does not mean the product is “working harder.” Some people notice it strongly while others barely notice it at all.
The Performance Power Stack can support a muscle-building program by helping you train with greater intensity and supporting recovery afterward, but it does not build muscle by itself. Muscle growth still depends on progressive resistance training, adequate calories, sufficient daily protein, quality sleep, and consistent recovery. Think of the stack as a performance and recovery tool that supports the work you are already doing.

It is designed to be used after training to support muscle recovery, glycogen replenishment, hydration, and preparation for your next workout. That distinction is important because the goal after a hard session is recovery—not adding another dose of stimulants.
The stack is best suited for hard-training lifters, strength athletes, conditioning athletes, and experienced gym-goers who want support on both sides of the workout. It may be especially useful for someone who regularly feels flat going into training, fades during difficult sessions, or finishes training without a consistent recovery plan. Because Max Pre Blast contains 300 mg of caffeine, the stack may not be appropriate for stimulant-sensitive customers.
Use Max Pre Blast before training and ARM Plus after training according to the directions on each product label. You do not need to add extra servings simply because a workout was especially difficult. More supplement is not automatically better.
