How often should I get scanned?

Do I need to fast or avoid water before my scan?
No fasting required. For best consistency:
- Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before
- Stay normally hydrated (don't chug water right before)
- Scan at the same time of day if possible
Can I get scanned if I'm pregnant or have a pacemaker?
No. InBody scans use a low-level electrical current and are not safe for pregnant individuals or those with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing. You'll remove shoes and socks for the scan.
