We offer savings in two distinct ways:

Build-a-Box (bundle in one order):
15% off when you add 3 or more subscription items to the same Build-a-Box recurring order.

Product Page Subscriptions (PDP):
10% off per subscribed item when you subscribe directly from a product page.
This remains 10% even if you subscribe to 3 or more items via product pages.
Important: The 15% tier is available only through Build-a-Box with 3+ items in a single recurring order. Subscribing to multiple items from product pages does not change the discount above 10%.
Where Discounts Apply, Shipping & Stacking

Discounts apply to subscription items only and are automatically applied at checkout

Shipping: standard rates; free at $100+ (after discounts, before tax)

No stacking with other promotions or coupon codes unless explicitly stated
Billing & Renewal

Your payment method is stored securely and charged on each order’s processing date

Subscriptions renew automatically on your chosen schedule until you pause or cancel

We email you before each renewal with your upcoming ship date and items
Manage Your Subscription
From your email reminder or account you can:
change frequency, reschedule, skip, pause/cancel, switch products/flavors, and update address/payment.
Returns, Changes & Availability

To avoid unwanted shipments, make changes before the next renewal processes

Once processed, orders follow our standard return policy

If an item is out of stock or discontinued, we’ll notify you with options to delay, swap, or remove

A: Use Build-a-Box and add 3+ subscription items into one recurring order.
Q: I added 3 subscriptions from product pages—why not 15%?
A: PDP subscriptions are always 10% per item, regardless of quantity. 15% requires Build-a-Box with 3+ items in a single order.
Q: Can I mix different products to reach 3+ in Build-a-Box?
A: Yes—mix & match any eligible subscription items.
Q: Do one-time purchases count toward 3+?
A: No. Only Build-a-Box subscription items count.
