Thanks for subscribing to Max Muscle Sports Nutrition – Stone Mountain. This page explains exactly how our subscriptions work—clear, simple, and in plain language.
1) What You Get with Subscribe & Save

Important: “3+” means any combination of three or more subscription items in the same recurring order. The discount applies to subscription items only and is automatically applied at checkout.

3) Shipping

Standard shipping rates apply to subscription orders.

Free shipping is available on orders of $100+ (after discounts, before tax).

4) Billing & Renewal

When you enroll, your preferred payment method is stored securely and will be charged for each shipment on its processing date.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you chose until you pause or cancel.

We’ll send an email reminder before each renewal with the upcoming ship date and items.

5) Managing Your Subscription (Self-Serve)
You’re in control at all times. From your email reminder or account:

6) Changes After Processing
We work to ship subscription orders quickly. Once a renewal is processed, we may not be able to edit or cancel that shipment. If your order has already been prepared or shipped, standard return policies apply (see Returns & Refunds below).
7) Returns & Refunds (Subscription Orders)

To avoid unwanted shipments, pause/skip/cancel before the renewal processes.

For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us promptly so we can make it right.
8) Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you’ll receive an email to update your card.

We’ll retry once you update details. If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.

If an item in your subscription becomes temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you with options to delay, swap, or split the delivery.

If a product is discontinued, we’ll recommend comparable alternatives or help you remove it from your plan.

A: No. The discount tiers apply to subscription items only.
Q: When is the discount applied?
A: It’s automatic at checkout on the subscription items in your order.
Q: Do subscription orders get free shipping?
A: Subscription orders follow our standard policy: free shipping at $100+ (after discounts, before tax).
