What Is the 8-Week Accelerator Program?

The 8-Week Accelerator is a complete training and nutrition system that includes:

How the 8-Week Program Works

Step 1: Book Your Kickoff Scan

Schedule your initial InBody scan online or by phone. We'll also send you a detailed intake form to complete before your visit.

Step 2: Kickoff Meeting (Week 0)

  • InBody Scan: Full body composition analysis (60 seconds)
  • Results Review: Mike walks you through every metric and what it means for your goals
  • Goal Setting: Define your target (muscle gain, fat loss, performance, body recomposition)
  • Safety Screening: Review intake form, allergies, medications, restrictions, sport testing status
  • Program Delivery: Receive your custom training plan, meal plan, and supplement recommendations

Step 3: Execute Your Plan (Weeks 1-4)

  • Follow your training program (3-6 sessions/week depending on your track)
  • Stick to your meal plan and supplement stack
  • Track your workouts, meals, and how you're feeling
  • Reach out to Mike with questions or challenges

Step 4: Mid-Program Check-In (Week 4)

  • InBody Scan #2: Measure progress (muscle gain, fat loss, hydration changes)
  • Plan Adjustment: Mike tweaks your training, macros, or supplements based on your results
  • Troubleshooting: Address any barriers (schedule conflicts, taste fatigue, plateaus)

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No! Mike works with clients at all fitness levels—from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Your program is customized to YOUR starting point.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

We account for all restrictions (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc.) and check supplement labels for allergens. Safety is our top priority.

Can I do this program if I'm a tested athlete?

Yes! Mike has extensive experience with NCAA, USADA, WADA, and military athletes. We offer NSF Certified for Sport® supplements and ensure full compliance.

What if I have a health condition or take medications?

We require a detailed intake form and may request physician clearance for high-risk conditions (heart, kidney, liver issues, pregnancy, etc.). Mike will never override your doctor's guidance.

How often do I train each week?

  • Recreational Track: 3-4 sessions/week
  • Competitive Track: 4-6 sessions/week (depending on your sport and schedule)

Do I need a gym membership?

It depends on your goals and equipment access. Mike can design programs for home workouts, hotel gyms, or full commercial gyms.

What if I miss workouts or fall off track?

Life happens! Mike will help you get back on track at your weekly check-ins. The goal is progress, not perfection.

Can I do another 8-week cycle after I finish?

Absolutely! Many clients complete 2-6 cycles. Each cycle builds on the last, with updated goals and progressions.
