On my third 8 week program with Mike Pringle with great results! Workouts are challenging and I am seeing results! Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful. Meal plans are great too!

Make your transformation,your priority

I've been touring with Michael Pringle, with sports nutrition by max make for a few years now.. When I first came my bmi was over 40. I had around forty pounds of excess fat, I needed to lose... With the program, I got down to 10lbs away from my goal weight, I was so health I became pregnant.

I use the program again during my post partum to drop the baby weight, with success.. My husband and I are expecting our second baby, come this April. I'm excited to joining the program again this spring

I love how Michael can customize the program to individuals for what's important to them.

At one point, it was just about weight loss, then I wanted to build foundation in my lower body. The program's a great way to stay focused, and the app is easy to use would recommend without reservation.

In over the 40 countries I have visited or lived in, Michael Pringle stands out as more than a trainer, more than a coach. He is the epitome of a health and fitness sensei. Over the last 8 weeks, after following his customized training program, I was able to: 1) Gain 3.7 lbs of muscle, 2) Drop 1.4 lbs of body fat, and 3) Lose 1.1% body fat percentage.
