2️⃣ Schedule your weigh-in and get your first InBody scan (this will measure your body fat %, muscle mass, and macros).
3️⃣ Work toward your fitness goals for 6 weeks—earn points for losing fat, gaining muscle, and showing up for weigh-ins.
4️⃣ Track your progress in the FitManager app, which syncs automatically with your InBody data.
5️⃣ Stay consistent, rack up points, and WIN!
